Getting Started

Skills lessons
Skills lessons are available for up to two people and last for a minimum of two hours. These sessions include a basic bike fitting and a documented suspension tune. The purpose of this lesson is to establish a solid and robust foundation for your journey into mountain biking. Evaluating the rider's skill level and conducting a comprehensive bike check are essential steps to ensure a valuable experience for our clients.

Fitness Plans
Our fitness training plans are designed to support athletes in their pursuit of peak performance for specific events or to enhance their overall strength and endurance while cycling. This service is exclusively available to riders who have successfully completed a skills lesson and evaluation. We prioritize ensuring that your bike is well-fitted to you, your suspension is properly tuned, and your fitness is optimized to maximize your enjoyment of mountain biking.
